great shots.

I'm always amazed why they need those massive jets for just one person really. Seems silly to me. And I'm not just picking on Bush, Obama does it too. I'd like to see a senator or president fly coach, with security of course, but you know, being a true American.

Great shots. As for needing the massive jet here is a link that explains the aircraft.

Really cool!! I saw Air Force One on landing approach from my backyard, but was not able to get to my camera in time. I also saw Marine One flying in to be staged the day before. Cool stuff, great shots!!

Not gonna happen. AF One is a flying White House, and it is also one of the Airborne command posts in case of a nuclear attack. The Travel Channel had a great show on AF One a week or so ago.

Very nice shots Bob. Governor Perry looks as though he enjoyed being in the limelight a bit. I am quite sure he was also glad to see our state receive some assistance for all the damage. These are really great shots.
Just curious, what was your distance from your subjects and what was your lens choice?

Regards,
Chuck
