To any photojournalist, When you are shooting action shots, what type of metering do you use that works the best? I know that lighting and such can change at a moments notice and you may not have time to check your histogram due to you may miss that one special photo. --------------------------- Equipment - Canon 1DS Mark II, Canon 1D Mark II, 100-400L IS, 24 -70L and other lenses plus a studio full of lights, props and antique cameras. If I have enough time to be careful, I pick a nice middle toned area and spot meter it. Then braket it with a white 2 stops over.
