Ok clear something up for me. The only additional elements that can be used are ones that are created in PS? Or can you incorprate elements from a different photo?

Just trying to get it straight in the old noggin.

Only elements used: these 3 plus whatever image editing software (minus text)
Basically you can use a mole from one picture and turn it into wallpaper...whatever you want. Just can NOT use any other outside images.
