Photoshop Challenges - The Way It Works

Simple, fun and designed to get your creative juices flowing.

1. A picture will be posted approximately every month.

2. Save the image directly from the forum and enchance it anyway you see fit.
Remember to keep it clean (nothing more than PG-13) and remember if a person is in the image BE RESPECTFUL! We do not want anyone's feelings to get hurt or the photographer which took the photograph to get in trouble by his or her client.

3. One entry per person

4. Must use AT LEAST one element from each image in the final submission (unless otherwise stated in the challenge).

5. Can NOT use any other images or text besides these three for the final composite.

6. Do not vote for your own work

7. 7 days will be given before the close of the challenge, a notice will be given in the title of the thread.

8. Voting will begin, the winner by popular vote will submit a photograph of his or her choosing for the next challenge. Voting will last for 3 days ONLY.

Any rules which you would like to see changed or added please PM me.

i like this idea and i think it would be fun to participate...

can dates be added to the topic though? that way - if someone posts to an old topic...you can still figure out which one is the current one...

These photoshop challenges are grrrreat ! ... Wonderful way to practice and develop our skills ... just wondering if there was a possibility to "edit" the entry. Say for example someone submits an entry on Monday, and receives a note or two about some degree of "improvement" to the photo. The submitter of the entry, has an option to 1) take the advice for future projects, or 2) make an attempt to correct their photo, and resubmit. I think that way this becomes a forum of helping people actively learn and improve. When they make any changes, possibly a note will need to be added "why" the photo was edited and "what" was done.

Just a thought.

I see no problem with editing an entry....as long as it is done before voting begins.
