Create a logo and get $30

I’m a novice when it comes to Photoshop so I need help from creative minded people with Photoshop experience.

I need help with creating a basic logo.
I don’t need anything fancy or difficult but, simplicity with eye catchy.
I would love the following colors incorporated on the logo. RED, WHITE and BLACK.

I want to warn you a bit about your request. You might catch a little flack for asking such a low price. Here's a good quote from a current member.

Time and time again I am amazed at the hippocrits on this forum.

All i hear is how you need to set your pricing structure higher, demand what you are worth, people get what they pay for, don't undersell yourself, blah blah blah. Yet when it comes time for you to hire a graphic designer, you want free or really cheap. No offense to anyone specific in this thread or others but let me tell you all the same advice applies. I really hate to come down on anyone in this forum (this is more of a blanket rant), especially with all the help I have received but this kind of thing really bothers me.

C'mon, people! Do you not realize how important branding is!? Your logo has to represent you!

Seriously, I wanted something really simple.

No logo as far as artsy.....I just need my name with little flare.

Being married to a graphic artist and having friends that are that is cheap. I paid 100.00 for my logo for my dog website and that was several years ago.

It's no biggie, you just didn't know. I was guilty of the same thing too. The more and more info I found about logo design the more I realized many people try to take advantage of designers.

don't try to use photoshop... download inkscape and use it for free.

you could easily just type your name on the screen - add a little color and export as png.

for $50 I'll show you how ... ; )

that's $25 each to pay to Abel to be prem members...

of course, then you'd be out $50 and it still won't make you nor me a graphic designer.

It's more than what I need. I need something simple like above. Esp the usage of my entire name and photography.

Now that we have a few members on the forum, in all stages of the developmental process, I am glad that you cut him the slack. Look up Walmart website on the roll out of their new brand, and you will see the branding they have gone thru over the years. They have evolved, and I bet they spent a lot more for the last one than they spent on their first one. Our unsung and underpaid graphic designers need to take that into consideration.

Yes, you can start out with just a little help and then move on to a bigger investment when it comes to logos. Advertising should run about 7-10% of the total budget, but that is a post for the business discussion section of the forum.
