Why yes it is Dorothy, well kinda of. From a photographer in London I found who is well lets just say "out there" compared to the rest of us. I saw the picture and knew I had to add her/him to the mix. The picture just reminded me of the Wizard of Oz

I fiddled and futzed with it, but I just can't make it much better than it already is. The windmill is crooked and it needs a slight sharpening, but damn... its just too good to ruin it with over processing in PS.

Don Quijote de la Mancha. A statue of Cervantes sits in Madrid at the Plaza de Espana. Below him, is the statue of Don Quijote and Sancho on their horse and donkey waving. The toursits all stand by the statues of Don Quijote and Sancho and have their picture taken.
