The annual Ysleta Mission Festival, recognized as one of El Paso’s premier festival events, attracts thousands of music lovers and family fun-seekers to the grounds of the 326 year old Ysleta Mission.

The three-day festival event, held on the second weekend of July for nearly a century, is a celebration in El Paso’s Lower Valley that brings together a dynamic mix of culture, music, arts and crafts, food, and games for the entire family, both young and old.

Location: Ysleta Mission ‚ – 131 Zaragoza St, – El Paso, Texas

Features: This festive event focuses on El Paso’s culture, history, and traditions. The festival hosts a variety of live music that highlights the best in El Paso and the southwest region. Traditional dances representing the southwest rich cultural history are performed during the festival. Authentic southwest cuisine cooked by families from the mission community highlight an extensive variety of food and beverages available during the festivities. The Ysleta Mission Festival is a family event also featuring game booths, carnival rides, old-fashion cake walks and much more drawing a broad demographic from El Paso and the southwest region.
