So, is this thing still a GO for once a month? If June's GTG was on the 17th, next Monday, the 14th of July should be our next meeting date. It has been so long since I've been to Byzantio's that the wife and I watched the Freedom Fest fireworks from their parking lot.

Hehe - the wife and I ate at Byzantios on the 4th, then carpooled to Allen Parkway with some others (Left our car at Bs).

One thing - they changed the menu - some new sandwiches and stuff. And meat sticks went up 50 cents each, still a min of 3.

This get-together locale provided a record attendance for a TPF get-together for the Christmas party in December. It was a epic event and frankly was the most fun of any holiday party I attended. Hard to believe that just six months later, the GTG is completely dead.

Should we get someone to give last rites, or is there a chance that we'll ever get this going again?

I think that it just needs someone to organize it. Abel and Lisa are getting pretty busy with all of the meetups that are cropping up and some of the members are helping by taking over the organization of the monthly GTG's. There are plenty of people that would probably attend if someone started posting dates and times.
