Houston Zoo Meet-n-Greet

Those of us who shoot Sony / Minolta / A-Mount cameras are going to meet at the Houston Zoo.

We'll meet at the front gate around 12:00 Noon.

Others are welcome to join us.

I have FF, so 24mm on mine = your 16mm. hehehe

No I'm figuring we'll have such a big group that we'll need 16mm on the A900 to get every one for a group shot.

Keith I would like to see the CZ 135. I've got tickets to the Globetrotters on Saturday and since you can't bring a 70-200 into Toyota Center it looks like it would be a good alternative to have in the bag for future events at that venue. I'm just not ready to spring for $1400 for it right now. I think I'm going to take either an KM 85 1.4 or my CZ 24-70. My seats are section 109, row 5, so we will be fairly close to the action and maybe I can get some decent shots. Sorry to get off the topic a bit! See you guys on Sunday. Too bad Chris can't make it! Oh, I hope you get the 16-35.

My plan right now is to bring the 24-70Z, 16mm fisheye, and 135Z. The 135Z is almost identical in size as the 24-70Z, so if they let you in with that they should let you in with the 135. It looks like the 16-35Z is the same size too, so I'll have a heavy bag when that hits.
