Where in the world are my actions...

This may be a VERY ELEMENTARY question but it's driving me insane. I'm trying to copy all of my actions from my laptop to my desktop and I've succeeded in doing so with all of the actions I've downloaded, but there are a few that I had created myself and I have NO idea where they are stored!! Can you tell me where Photoshop CS3 saves user actions created in the program.

Open CS4 and open your actions pallet. In the upper right hand corner there is a drop down box. Highlight the action you want to copy and click on "save action". It will save the action to where ever you want it to go.

If you save a number of action under a single directory name, you have to save the entire directory.

cs4 stores in c:/users/{your logon]/app data/roaming/adobe/photoshop cs4/presets/actions
