When I am editing an image, there suddenly appears what looks like the corner of a frame or a border on the screen. Two parallel lines from right or left, joining an identical set coming from top or bottom. It sometimes drops down from above while other times it appears to come from either side. When I click on a new action, it disappears but then comes back again. It's incredibly irritating. Any ideas?
