pretty new to all this and used a few oneon photo tools plugins and I like some of them. But just curious what are some of your most used or favorites?

The whole NIK suite is great my favorite is the noise reduction

I'm loving Noiseware from Imagenomic. Just started playing with their Portraiture too which is nice. Not sure if it is $200 nice though. The Noiseware is affordable and you can find some 10-20% off coupons out there. It can SAVE some of your photos!

Noiseware and Nik Complete. I'm shying away from using Portraiture v2 for editing outside of creating a quick skin-toned mask or for proofs. I'm learning to Dodge and Burn for skin retouching, and while it's painful and long-winded process it's benefits are tremendous.
