High School Senior Portrait Actions - 07-29-2009, 10:33 PM

Can you can you point me in the right direction to some actions that are popular with the High School Seniors? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I guess I am looking for the urban grunge effect, HDR, sepia and the washed out look? Actions are new to me so I don't have alot of experience using them. Also is there a site that shows examples?

Totally Rad Actions is a great resource. You can see before and after examples of most of their actions. Web address is http://www.gettotallyrad.com

I love OnOne software. Initial cost for the suite was $400.00. That being said it was worth the investment and then some. I've used it on everything from baby to senior to engagement/bridals to weddings! PhotoTools actions are so simple to use. It has every action you could possibly want including some ones for seniors. I love the PhotoFrame and the FocalPoint too. The Genuine Fractals tool is phenomenal and has a canvas crop. The only 2 tools I haven't used is Mask Pro and Photo Tune. OnOne also has a section in their website where people share preset actions they have developed and you can download them to use in OnOne.

OnOne software kicks butt on a lot of levels... I like Kevin Kubota's actions.

Lonnie are you looking for Photoshop actions or actions that will work with Elements?
I have been browsing Elements Village for sometime now and slowly, some of the suggestions are sinking in.

Search for actions or plugins. You should get a lot of hits.

Mike

"I was born a poor black child. I remember the days sitting on the porch with my family, singing and dancing down in Mississippi."

Can you name the movie the quote is from?

My Guess,

Hubby says it is from the movie "The Jerk". He wanted me to post the answer days ago, but I wasn't sure if it was just your signature line, or really a game that you were playing haha
