Step by step tutorial on HDR - 08-13-2009, 12:15 PM


I now have this in PDF version so you can print it out as well :) You can grab it here.

Update: I posted the tutorial here as a huge image so that those who don't have Flickr can view it as well.

Ok so I know not to many of you all are into HDR here at TPF but I figured I would contribute here and put this up for everyone. It's my step step tutorial on how to create the following image.

That sample image isn't too bad, but most of the hdr stuff looks bad to me. I can't wait for this fad to die.

Why? I think its similar to Holga's. Some people just like the look. Its not hurting anything.

I like the look and that's why I do it. I feel the lack of contrast and saturation that a regular photograph produces isn't enough. I call this art and others call it crap but in the end I find that I like. Having others like it is just icing on the cake
