Renae, I am going to be brutally honest here. But based on this post and others you have posted in the past few days: You don't know the very basics of Photoshop. You are destined for hours and hours of needless frustration until you learn the basics. And we at TPF are going to spend a lot of time trying to help you and watch you torture yourself.
Do yourself and us a HUGE favor. Please find a class near you where you can learn the basics of PS for photographers conducted by a photographer. Not a class at colleges or schools where they will spend a lot of time on the program for graphic artists. Find a Photoshop class for photographers by photographers. No matter what you pay, it will be worth 10 times that not to have to be so frustrated about this program.
I am sure there are people on this forum would love to help you find the right class, a beginning class. Once you have the basics down, it will be much easier to advance by reading and trying different things out.
