The short of the story is this...
When working with the adjustment brush in LR 2. the little dot that should be there indicating that I have started an adjustment (the same dot that you have to click on to go back to a previous adjustment) is not showing up?
This is on my desktop computer. On my laptop it is still there, and files that I bring over to my laptop, I can see the adjustment brush dots so I know they exist, I just can't get them to display.
Anyone have any suggestions. I have googled it, but all that comes up is suggestions/tutorials on how to use the adjustment brush. I am truly hoping that this is a quick "Dadgumit I click on this setting" adjustment that can be easily fixed and not a full reinstall of LR.
Thanks for any suggestions...

My apologies -- didn't look long enough or deep enough (found the answer in the adobe forums)
They are called pins -- not dots.
The question on the adobe forum:

Adjustment brush pins not showing....Having gone into the adjustment brush panel, for some reason the pins from adjustments made are not showing up - without the pins I can't see the overlays or adjust the adjustments.
Help much appreciated.... |

Re: Adjustment brush pins not showing....
"H" will hide or display the pins.
