Need help with script starting everytime I start Photoshop.

I had somehow put in to start a script that makes a 10x20 template when photoshop starts. I've went into script events manager, clicked on the script, clicked remove, clicked done, even saved my workspace,closed photoshop, re-opened and the stupid script came back up. What happens if I delete the template off my hard drive or just move it? How do i get the script to stop playing every time I open Photoshop?
