Question Yet Another Photoshop Question - CS4 - 10-09-2009, 07:08 PM

I am on a roll tonight.

Still another PS question: Does CS4 not have a Picture Package feature? I checked online and thought I saw where it did, but it is nowhere in my program.

I also thought Bridge 2 had it also, but it is not in my program.

My frustration level with PS right now is very high.

Thanks in advance!

it was in cs3 but they left it out in cs4
you can download it from adobe as an optional add in at :

In CS4 it is not in PS per se, they just moved it to Bridge, but since Bridge comes with PS it is still there for you to use.
It is an output on Bridge. After you have your folder highlighted, switch to output or press Ctrl+F4. At the top Right press PDF and then you will have all your options.

It wasnt' in either CS4 or Bridge. Which is why I was so frustrated. Tried downloading and it's still not there. Not sure what I did wrong. Will have to try again.

I am NOT a fan of Adobe even tho I use their stuff. I am not computer saavy ( I can do so much and that's that, but downloading is not my forte) and they make my life difficult. Why didn't they just leave well enough alone.

if you go to your drive where PS cs4 is, you should see a package called 'automate' where it should have put the add-in if you were able to install it correctly. You should then see 'automate --> picture package' under 'file' in ps cs4. if you upgraded from an earlier version which is still on your machine, make sure the plug in did not get loaded there....................
