OK
1-welcome to TPF and keep posting and asking for comments.
2- skin tone seems off on my monitor but I haven't calibrated it in a couple of weeks.
3- I am a cropping nut. I don't see what purpose the empty green spaces serve except to make the whole image appear green.
4- The image appears a bit soft but that may be due to .jpeg compression for TPF.
5- I usually pose my subjects with the same body angle you have chosen, except when the subject is thin as in this case. She could have her shoulders a bit more square to the camera and it would help eliminate the neck lines.

She looks greenish. And I agree with Tom about the crop.

Color correction is needed. I see a green tint as well.

While you don't want to center the subject, based on the rule of thirds, that is dead space behind her. Something needs to be there or it needs to be gone. I think it is made worse because it is behind her and she isn't looking or moving that way.

Agree on the sharpness too. It is a little soft.

Not trying to hijack this thread, but I would like to ask a general question about the picture. I don't have a lot of experience with people, but whenever I shoot someone in this age range, I try to take out most of the wrinkles. (Unless they specifically ask to leave them in.) Would I be overdoing it in this case? The neck lines and the lines around the eyes. Thanks for sharing your wisdom.

Hello Everyone,

I also thought it had a green tint to it. So i will work on that, and few other things that you guys pointed out and i will update the photo soon. Thank you for all your comments and critique.

As far as wrinkles go... i did not want to remove to much, because it was making the photo to look fake. So it is a tought one because the model wanted all of them out, and I think it is more natural this way... what are your toughts about the wrinkles?

I think that ALL wrinkles need to be lighten some. Just pick a skintone that is lighter and paint it over the dark areas with a BIG soft edge and at about 2%. Just a little at a time.

If she wants them removed why would you be reluctant to do so. I understand wanting to stay true to what you saw, but let's be real. Some people want to look younger, less wrinkled, etc. If it's their idea, go with the flow. As Janice suggested, make them less visible and blend them in.

Original has too much green and yellow in it. Looks like Jusselin shifted the balance away from green and towards magenta, but it still has too much yellow (and maybe a little too much magenta now).

Your profile doesn't say whether you allow edits or not, so I didn't want to post the picture with color corrections. But I've attached a curve pre-set that I think will give you more natural skintones. If you have Photoshop, open your image and go Image -> Mode -> Lab Color. Then add a Curves adjustment layer, and from the little drown-choose "Load Preset" and load the attached preset (after unzipping it). Then you can convert back to RGB.

I think it's a nice natural pose and she has a good smile. I did some simple edits (color balance (yellow-->blue, green-->magenta), softened the wrinkles a bit (%35 clone stamp), crop, and a little unsharp mask). If you want more detail on what I did I can be more specific, the wrinkles may be harder to soften on the full size photo.

IMHO, the older the subject the less appropriate it would be to completely remove the wrinkles. It just wouldn't look natural. You can, however, reduce them. I'll create a duplicate layer, completely remove the wrinkles, and then lower the opacity on that layer until it looks right. YMMV.

Here's my critique; I'm more visual than verbal. This was done an a recently calibrated monitor. Sorry for the 2 minute hack job, but you get the idea:
