You make eyes pop with focus and lighting, not Photoshop. If you want them to sparkle, you have to light them well and get a good catchlight.

Some of the edits here are helping to save it.. but only for a web sized version.. it would not make a good print regardless of what you try to do.

Here's my version. I just use an action called select o pop by totally rad and select o sharp. its really easy. I just did the one eye, and did it a lot more than I normally would just to show you.
