Has anyone else run into a problem with Lightroom 3 Beta crashing? It does every time after I process an image in LR, open in PS to finish, then go back to LR to do the same with another image. I have to restart my computer after every crash because neither LR 2 nor the LR 3 beta will run. (Yes, I'm posting this to the Adobe beta site.) --------------------------- Everyone wants to be a rock star, but no one wants to learn the chords. |

well, i haven't had that problem, but it DID have an epic fail trying to render previews last night - just wouldn't budge - didnt' do any previews either...just sat there. oh well... |

The problem also occurs with LR 2.5 so I'm thinking it's preferences file. Something about going from LR to PS and back to LR that's causing the problem. More troubleshooting to be done... --------------------------- Everyone wants to be a rock star, but no one wants to learn the chords. |

I had an issue when I first loaded the mogrify plug-in to LR2. If I exported an image, and then tried to do it a second time, LR would completely crash. later version of mogrify and 2.4 to 2.5 update on LR and I have not had the issue since. I mention this because the latest version of LR has the ability to do frames and such, and if it is based on the image magic program, then it could be having the same problem --------------------------- Nevermind -- I'll take care of it myself! |

Well, I optimized the catalog, and it seemed to help some. Still got a crash, but not as frequently as before. I'm still not sure what's going on because I've never had this problem before now. Nothing's really changed with the system. Sometimes I hate computers. LOL --------------------------- Everyone wants to be a rock star, but no one wants to learn the chords. |
