Funny... I just asked you if you ran update... and my auto updater just prompted me this. It has been a few days since I last had PS open on my machine, but who knows, maybe there is something in it that will help you see the .pdf option?

The Print Option is good for saving one file as .PDF, but not multiple, as far as I know.

You can also just save a single .PDF by going to "Save As".
I am not sure... never tried before.

But just thinking out loud now...

Could taking a screen shot of your work in PS (each page) and then embed it in Keynote and build your presentation that way? Not efficient I a well aware, but it would get the job done...

HEre's what I see. I don't see a .PDF option anywhere in the print dialog.

what about when you go to select printer?

:edit: I see your updated screen shot now... hmmm.

Do you see the pdf option like I do when you select print while viewing a picture in the mac's preview program?

yeah, I fixed it. Look at it again.
It's funny, I've finished what I was trying to accomplish already through CS2 and still haven't come to a conclusion on CS4. I wonder if I'm going to have to leave CS2 on the machine just for this

This is curious though...

Oh, and it's not really a presentation I'm trying to build, it's a Photo Packages Pamphlet that I can email to clients. It's a 4-page .PDF document that describes packages, prices, and preparation suggestions.

if you do, then is viewing your work product in "PREVIEW" and selecting them all [command + A] and then chose print and hit the pdf button a possible solution for you?

Glad you came to a solution, albeit back in CS2. I'm sorry I couldn't be much more help. For me and what limited knowledge that I have invested I would make a pamphlet such as you describe in keynote (because I know it best). I know that there are other programs out there but I find myself reverting back to what I am comfortable with. I am sure one of these programs can do it, but I have yet to open most of them...

Hah! That kind of works actually. However it rotates it from landscape to portrait mode and creates a white .5" border around it, and it's like 10 Megs.
I'm going to stick with the CS2 route for now.
Maybe if I sleep on it I'll get an epiphany.

^That's funny. You have the whole suite and like, 3 programs get used out of it. Adobe is making so much money.
thanks for your help though. I'm sure Acrobat Pro could do it, or any other of those $1400 worth of apps will...
