Can't remember!

I was looking at a thread about a program that makes photo's look like they are painted. I went to the website and there were many different programs that this site offered for a reasonable price. I think it was like 39.95. I can't find the thread where I found the site and I can't remember the name of the site....I guess I am getting oldtimers. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
