I'm still using Windows XP on a less than 2 year old custom built computer. I have used XP's resizing program for several years and have noticed recently that it seems to increase the contrast and/or saturation when downsizing my full sized jpeg files. Has anyone else seen this and what would you suggest as a different method? TIA |

I use XP and PS CS3 bicubic sharper to reduce with no adverse change. There are several options in CS3 for resizing. These options have reasons ...
