I dont have photoshop on this computer, I only have lightroom(wich im still learning), could some one help me fix the flyaway hair on this image. Ive tried with lightroom, but im not having any good results due to the lack of skills. Thanks

Looks like you could clone it out using GIMP. YouTube should have some tutorials. Cute kids.
