Adobe won't let me download the trial version. So I'll just ask. It must be corrupt because I did the trial for LR and CS4 which I would love to have btw.
Is it worth the 79.00?

You'd be jumping a couple of versions so IMO I'd say yes.

If you were on version 7, like I am, I'd say wait. For me, going from 7 to 8, I just don't see enough changes/improvements to make me want to shell out 80 bucks. Before 7, I was on version 5 and that was a big improvement.

Again, that just my .02.

I agree with John, I was on Five then moved to 7 and it was great!!! I don't see any great things to move from 7 to 8, but from 6 to 8 I would say yes!

From what I have seen, there is no real reason for going up from 6 yet.
