LR3 beta v2

just downloaded this morning and wow... i could not even use the first beta it was soo agonizingly slow. this one is fast fast fast and i am in love with the sharpening and noise reduction tools. just saying..

Although the sharpening section is mostly grayed out, sharp 2 used here. We have Luminance noise control back again.

Wow - installed fast and upgraded my old LR3Beta catalog super quick, and this is on a laptop also.

The Lumi NR is great, here's a crop of a before and after - left done in LR3B, right done in LR3B2 (kind of hard to tell in the crop though)

I have a soccer game this Wednesday night and I know I will have to shoot at ISO 3200 so I will see how the new noise filter works. No I don't normally shoot that high but the fields (russell creek in Plano) I will be have terrible lighting.

When is the *real* LR3 going to come out? That's what I want to know. It's been in Beta forever, and now we have version 2 of the Beta??
