LR issue - 03-29-2010, 08:29 PM

Got my computer back from the computer shop..and have a new issue. I really don't want to take it back in if I can help it. Sometimes when I open it, and it is open for a while, I get a popup that keeps popping up...like on and on and on..until I get out of LR. It says Password Bank "access violation at address 004036AC in module 'pwdBank.exe'. Read of address 74CB3176" And ideas as to how to fix this? If I unistall LR and reinstall it, will that mess me up like it did with CS?

A google search came back with a finger print issue. Search google and you may find your answer?

Well it sounds like the software for the reader is still installed. If the reader isn't there anymore then just uninstall the software.
