Need Help Retouching a few portraits and willing to pay - 04-29-2010, 02:12 PM

I shot some portraits outside recently and I am having big problems with color and retouching. I am willing to pay hourly rate for about two hours of help here at my home/studio in Plano. Need the work done tomorrow morning or tonight though. If interested please contact me via my email with your rate and your background. I did shot these in raw and high jpg. I think part of my problem is my monitor callibration as well.

You might have some more luck if it didn't have to be at your place. You can even send files by email these days. Or are you looking for a workshop?

I am looking for being taught something as opposed to just having them retouched. I use photoshop cs3, portraiture, adobe bridge etc and do know quite abit about retouching however I am stupid when it comes to color management and seeing colors correctly. I do believe part is my monitor though it is calibrated with spider. So that is why I wanted it at my studio so I could see if someone could tell me what the problem is here and maybe agive me some tips on retouching. I am pretty much self taught. Pay is whatever you think you are worth I suppose and if I think it is worth that amount :). I have about 6-7 images. I will upload one if necessary to show what I mean. Thanks....
Even if I can't get it done tomorrow I might still pay for mentor to come look and tell em what is wrong with my set up. I am tired of sending prints to lab and having them look different than what I see. The images were shot outside early cloudy overcast morn and I think have a green cast but normally my images have lots of red in them. I shot nikon d300
