Took me about 15 minutes to do this. The filter is a ram hog, I could only do small chunks at a time. I am running 4g of ram. Max for a 32 bit system. I am liking this fill feature a lot...

I JUST downloaded CS5. First thing I wanted to test was content aware fill.

I just pulled up a shot with a large portion of it filled with a horse. Thought, what if I wanted to put a different horse in that background (not really, cause it ain't that great a shot to begin with, but it has a busy background so thought it would be a good test).

Here is the before:


Here is after about 4 minutes (64 bit mode) of processing after clicking:


I thought it did a darn good job that would have taken me at least an hour.
