I have NoiseNinja and Neat Image and downloaded and started using DeNoise last month. I find it a very powerful tool and have used it very successfully when other software didn't work as well. I also have found that using DeJPEG comes in handy as well.

what Mark said. I have used NN for a while now and I downloaded DeNoise and I like the results I get out of it. When the trial is over I will probably buy it.

I've been totally satisfied with Imagenomic Noiseware, but I might have to give DeNoise a try.

I read the Luminous Landscape review and downloaded it a week ago, and have been using it ever since. I really like the results, it seems better than anything else I have used, and it's easy to get a grasp of, but it's not the fastest to process. I also like the fact that it is compatible with Paintshop Pro as well as Photoshop. I just copied the Add in .exe file to both Programs and it runs like a charm.

I was so impressed that I downloaded the trial for the complete suite. The complete suite is a real sweet deal at the price. I believe the Topaz "Detail" and "Adjust" are also very good. I have used them a few times but I am not that experienced with it yet.
