Sloppy borders and framers were a big thing not too long ago. Hopefully this will help people get the basic ideas.

I tried to do as the video showed but no luck. I am using CS5 and when I select all (or use the Rectangular Marquee Tool) and go to Select> Modify the only option available is Boarder. Is there a different way to Contract in CS5?
