Aperture 3 Question - 06-10-2010, 11:21 PM

Probably the same answer if you have other versions too.

This is probably staring me right in the face and I thought I knew how to do this at one time, but now I'm stuck! I have aperture installed at my office and at home. At the office, as soon as I start making adjustments to an image, a duplicate thumbnail (version) pops up next to the master thumbnail and they are grouped together by being closer together and on a different tone of gray. But at home, the master thumbnail stays hidden. How do I turn this feature on at home?

Let me see if I can help.
Go into Preferences>Advance>Create New Versions when Making Adjustments (bottom of page). You can check or uncheck.

All of the above pertains to adjustments made in Aperture3 with the tools provided by Aperture3. If you're using a plug-in it will automatically create a new version with a bullseye on the bottom right.

I hope this is what you are looking for.
