Batch Rename Problem

Hello, I am having problems with my images after I try to Batch rename them. The names are right but image turns blank like a white piece of paper. I am not sure what happened..I guess a setting got changed somehow but not sure what I am even looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Tammie, you need to give folks a bit more information, for starters, like what program were you using and how you had it set. For instance Bridge will let you rename and copy your files or just rename them. Lightroom is a bit different. Without knowing what you are using it is difficult for anyone to give you much help.

Sounds like you're changing the name of the files but loosing the file extension (ie-jpg, gif, tif, etc). anytime Windows drops the extension the icon becomes a blank page with a folded corner & a tiny Windows flag in the middle...

I am using CS3 and bridge. When I image process it is processing fine from RAW to jpeg. When I go to rename the jpeg files in batch rename. That is when it turns to a blank white page on each image. Where can I check the setting to fix this. Thanks!
