i have been searching and searching no luck.
hope today with your help i can reach something.
since i think this is what i like in photography.

I have 2 pictures of many others i need to get the same effect, tone and colour but i m not getting lucky

no actions needed. overall..lighting in the key element in the photos you posted..with proper lighting achieving that effect is easier than you think..

you might want to duplicate the layer...convert it to b/w then try adjusting the layer settings to lighten or overlay...adjust the opacity after that. apply a selective color filter to find the tone you want. ..go to the blacks..and adjust the neutral slider for a more toned look. you should be able to pull a mixture of adjustment layers to create a warm or semi-desaturated look. good luck.
