I shot this photo last evening and have yet to post process it. Really looking for some suggestion on how you would edit it in LR3.

IMO the color doesn't add to the image much, I would convert to BW. Use one of the BW-Look presets to start from.

I agree that this image would likely make a very nice b/w image.

But if I were sticking to color, I'd try quite a bit of recovery, maybe even 100%, bump up the black just a bit, increase clarity to maybe 30-40, a lot of vibrance 50-60, and quite a bit of saturation maybe 20-30. There is plenty of color there if you bring it out.

I kind of like the left side of the shot just like it is. Cover up the right side starting at the vending? machine and see what you think.

Your question is so subjective, I would not know where to begin. Perhaps describe what you are planning to emphasize in the photo, or else the viewer's eye will not settle on anything in particular. Additionally, you should ensure to remove anything not adding to the photo at all to remove any possibility of distraction.
