all of a sudden my noise ninja quit working?? When I try to open it the box comes up with "unkown error" and then wants to shut down CS..using CS3.

I had something similar happen in the past. I shut down Photoshop (save the image being working on), restarted Photoshop, reloaded the image I was working on, and then it worked. Don't know the cause - guessing some type of memory hiccup.

I tried that...even restarted the computer. Then I tried uninstalling NN and reinstalling. Now this is the message I get "heap corruption detected: after normal block 122991 at 0x8827 FC68 CRT detected that the application wrote to memory after end of the heap buffer. Press retry to debug." tried to debug...no workie, unistalled and reinstalled again...still no workie....I wonder if it has something to do with windows 7 and CS3...You can only download a 32 bit NN with CS3.???

I can't say if the Win7 CS3 combo is contributing. My issue was with XP and CS3. One other thing I would try is to re-seat the memory modules in the computer (take them out and the re-insert them).

One other thought: Is this happening right after you upgraded to the latest revision of NN (version 2.3.5)? If so can you go back one revision (version 2.3.4 or version 2.2.x). Are you using the latest version of NN?
