It's pretty easy to use, and depending upon the shot, can be very helpful in cleaning up imperfections. It is certainly not the answer for all things though.

It does a nice job but is a stand-alone program which keeps me from very rarely using it.

I like Portrait Professional-I have the version that is a plug in so it works in photoshop. It was very easy to learn but has its limitations. For me, it's very good to clean up blotchy skin or acne. Very quick and saves a lot of time. I personally don't like the face sculpting-it makes people look a little freakish-but you can adjust everything so it's not a problem.
