Is there a software program that helps you design composites with fancy frames, papers and embellishments? I have found Lumapix but I cannot see where it has very many useful embellishments. The rest of the program looks good.

Are you using Photoshop? If so, look at onOne PhotoFrame 4.6

No I use Paint Shop Pro and it takes forever to create a composite plus there are no embellishments worth using.

No. Like adding three or photos in frames with background textures and scrolls for embellishments.

So you want to create a collage or something like a scrapbook page?

Photoshop is going to give you most options.
