Not trying to honestly mate. Got word that this was the new beta (from the lightroom meetup group.

Odd, mentions a release date of 10/19/2006 and requires Windows XP sp2 or Mac 10.4

No actual dates have been given but here is Lightroom release date history. You can do the math.

LR 1.0 - Feb 2007
LR 2.0 - Sept 2008
LR 3.0 - April/May 2010

1.5 yr for the next full release from what it appears...so feb 2012 would be 4.0.....

They've announced the Beta for 4, but no downloads yet. The fixes (apart from Photo Binders function) don't seem worthy of an upgrade yet.
