Got a new intuos4 wireless - 03-29-2011, 02:56 PM

So today was a good day, fedex man showed up and dropped off my intuos4 wireless and cant wait to get off of work and try it. Using LR3 and CS3 and was wondering if there are any tips to getting started as far as settings go. Using a macbook with a external 23" monitor. Any help is appreciated thanks

Arnold

Don't get discouraged if it doesn't feel natural right away. You can change the button settings on the pen.

Put the mouse away just far enough so that it's too much of a hassle to get up and get it. I decided to "hide" it from myself when I first got a tablet and then forgot where I put it. Took me a couple of days to remember where I left it.

Not sure what happened to my response. I had a wired intus4 originally then thought the wireless would be so much better. I ended up returning the wireless because it has a lag time I couldn't get use to. It doesn't respond instantly like the wired one.

I did notice a little lag when i was using it yesterday but i thought it was my computer not keeping up. Sometimes it was fine and then there was times where it would lag. I hope it doesnt become a problem because i really like that its wireless.
