Need lightroom editor (weddings)

I need an experienced (in the basic stuff) lightroom editor to help with preliminary edits of my weddings.

What's needed:
Weddings usually contain around 1000 images. Basic editing... (crop, exposure, color control, black clipping, fill light, removal of blurry/out of focus). Turnaround time would need to be roughly 2 weeks.

Pay:
$150/wedding

I'll need to see samples of your editing. One highly edited picture that looks great is not nearly as valuable as a large gallery that displays understanding of exposure and color contrasts.

It could wind up being anywhere from a few to 50 weddings a year. It all depends on how much my other editor can take.
