Tried to order it twice, and they kept coming back with reasons they wouldn't process. First time was because the email address I used on the purchase wasn't the same as the email I have on my PayPal. Okay... my mistake for not paying closer atttention. So... I tried it again but elected to just go with the credit card directly. I then get an email saying they couldn't contact me on the phone and rejected it for that. I checked... the phone number is right.
I'm beginning to think that they're either paranoid, incompetent, or worse... they're phishing for other info.
So... I'm assuming they're just paranoid... and I try one more time... this time I get the message of "coupon code invalid".
I'm done. No sale.
EDIT... looks like HDRSoft is going to handle this directly. Got it all settled even before I got yet another snide email from Plimus. :) |
