GeoSetter
A great program which will let you geotag your photos... Even if you dont have a GPS logger in order to get your gps coordinates from, you can manually assign them to the image(s) simply by locating your photo spots on the map, then applying that coordinate. I'm really loving this program!

I use this software as my primary file backup management software. I use this software to backup my photo drives, it creates an identical copy on to the back up drive and every few days I run the sync program and it will only copy over to the backup drive what files are new and/or have been modified. This has made my backup process so much smoother and so much more reliable.

This cool plugin for Internet Explorer and Firefox will all you to right click on and image displayed in your web browser which will pop up a dialog box displaying all of the embedded EXIF data if it is available. I use this plugin quite a bit when browsing photos online in order to see various info about a photo including, what camera was used, what lens, focal length, aperture, shutter speed, iso etc. Comes in VERY handy.

It's a very powerful renaming program that lets you batch rename and such and even lets you preview the file names before you actually change them. I use this software a lot actually.

This is another great plugin for Firefox and Internet Explorer. I would recommend using it for Internet Explorer since I've notice crashing issues in Firefox. Cooliris is a cool display image search engine which makes browsing results so much more fluid and easy. I'm a Flickr junkie and this plugin makes it nice to search Flickr images without having to deal with only display 10 images per page or so. I love this app and even have the iphone app version loaded on my phone.
