B to W Conversion Values - 06-02-2011, 06:01 PM

This should possibly be a sticky, but I haven't checked all of the conversion values, so I don't feel comfortable labeling it as such. I have tried the Tmax values and they work for me. Please try the others to see how you feel about them.

I have been using these numbers for 5 or 6 years now. Using Channel Mixer, with monochrome checked, to get close to what I appreciated about B&W film texture and feel.

I found the table above in a nice graphic format. Printed it out. Took it home.

Doesn't work with Lightroom. Tri-X, Tmax, Ilford, Foma, Efke, etc. all look best in orginal form.

Okay. It works for 2 x3, but not with Lightroom. That's not bad.
