Put this in the transportation section, but it probably belongs here in the PPcentral thread. I was approached by a Dallas photographer about doing an edit of a Mercedes he photographed.

i like EVERTHING you did to the background but i like the car with the shine... with no shine it doesnt seem quite right to me... maybe just tone them down instead of getting rid of them completely?

Thanks. Original Photographer wanted it that way. The client requested that. I could have put some reflections back on it in post and made it look cleaner than the original reflections. Just following instructions. :)

your a good soldier for following orders!!! but i think the client was wrong on this one... unless they paid you then they are absolutely right! : )

Good job on the post-processing! Makes the subject really stand out.

Too bad that Mercedes looks like a Buick Regal - maybe you could have added Gull-wing doors...
