LR3 Books

Just picked up a copy of LR3 and need some reference material to learn how to use it. Any suggestions of good resource books for learning LR3?

I have look at some of the links provided for some information but I would like a Book to read and refer to to get started.

That first one was on my list. Kelby's books helped me get started on PS and I hit some of his conference training sessions too.

Rich I plan on hitting the video links as well after I sit down to a little reading.

I can contest that this is an awesome and wonderful book. Kelby does an amazing job at keeping things simple and interesting and explains well what you want to know. Also if you couple this with his training videos it's an unstoppable source for information when it comes to Adobe products.
