Photo made up of words?

I was messing around with an app on my iPhone that I thought was really cool (Word Foto) - it takes a pictures and covers it in words. I don't know if there is a name for this technique, but my Google search did not return much help.

Does anyone know if there is a Photoshop plugin that can do something like the effect in this picture?

Thanks for the link. I looked at every tutorial on the site, one by one, but did not see one for this. It is a good site that I will bookmark now, though!

Andrea Mosaic might work. If you make several files that are just names in different colors and then choose a photo and run the mosaic software ...
