I like it (64 bit). It has paid for itself. Just go easy on the settings.

Yeah, I guess it's really easy to overdo it. Some images I see leave the subject looking like their makeup is painted on a quarter inch thick. enhance, don't create

I bought the one you're looking at and use it on a 64 bit Windows 7 system.

I purchased it a month ago. Loving the speed, ease and results. So much faster than what I was doing in PS4 for similar results.

Chris, they want $108 for the 64 bit version, but only $54 for the 32bit.

If the reviews were iffy, I might still spend $50 to try it, but I'm not spending a hundred without good feedback.

Here is a review that sealed the deal on my purchase.

Software Review: Anthropics Portrait Professional 10 | Popular Photography

I like it, and use it a lot on portraits as a Lightroom plug-in. If you're using 64 bit Windows 7, just get the middle version (not the basic, but not the expensive one). It will still work on that 64 bit operating system.

you're saying there's an unadvertised 64 bit version included in the Studio version?? The software is download only, so I don't see how that's possible.

I have a 32 bit PC with all my business software, and I'm building a 64 bit i7 workstation for the Production Premium I just bought. To use this as a plug in to 64 bit lightroom and PP, it has to be 64 bit.

No, he's saying that 32-bit software still runs under a 64-bit OS. And he's right. You just don't get the advantages of 64-bit.

By the way I use this product on my Mac and like it a lot. I have the middle version as well, with the Photoshop and Aperture plug-ins. I'm not a big portrait guy so skin retouching is not my thing but this makes it pretty easy on me.

My only gripe is it only does faces. So my wife's face looks awesome, but then I still need to tweak her arms.

The only real advantage I saw in the 64 bit version for me was the ability to use huge files, but I don't use massive files in Portrait Pro, so I bought the $55 version.

You'd think as an IT project manager I'd know that, but it's news to me. In fact, I've delayed upgrading to 64 bit Win7 on my office machine because I thought all my software would stop working. I will definately be picking up the non 64 bit studio version. I'll let you guys know if it doesn't work as a plug in to 64 bit Adobe.
