I posted direct links... plus your title Release Candidate is misleading.. they released the RC version a few weeks ago. Yesterday the released the final version of 3.5 :)

Lightroom 3.5 Release Candidate

Adobe says "The ‘release candidate’ label indicates that this update is well tested but would benefit from additional community testing before it is distributed automatically to all of our customers."
